NovaPharm SA values the protection of your personal data. This policy explains how we process it when you use the novapharm.ch website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Contact form: full name, email address, subject and message. If you provide them, your phone number and company name.
- Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider may automatically record your IP address, the date and time, the pages viewed and your browser type.
- Cookies: this website uses a single cookie, strictly necessary for its operation: the
pll_languagecookie, which remembers the display language you have chosen (French or English). It is kept for 12 months and is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings: your chosen language will then not be remembered.
3. Why we use this data
We use your data to respond to your requests, and to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is processed by NovaPharm SA. The website is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Messages sent through the contact form are received in our mailbox, provided by Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365). We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers abroad
The website data is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. Our email provider, Microsoft, may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States, under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework to which it adheres (see its privacy statement).
6. Retention period
The website does not keep form messages, except for a technical sending log that is automatically deleted after 7 days. The messages are received in our mailbox and kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for maximum 3 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
7. Security
Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. You may also request that it be provided in a common format. Write to info@novapharm.ch: we may ask for proof of identity to process your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
